Welcome to the website of The Laurels Community Association, Inc., located in beautiful Indian River County, Florida. Our community is dedicated to ensuring that the property is expertly maintained and creates a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Our Community Amenities
The Laurels Community is located on 39th Avenue off 8th Street in Vero Beach, Florida. Our community consists of 109 single family homes situated on cul-de-sacs. Our 9 ponds are accented by a gazebo and benches where residents can enjoy the fish, turtles and wildlife that live in and around the ponds.
